Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
1. Who we are
This website (youngproducts.ai) and the services offered through it are operated by Young Products, an AI product studio based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, founded by Peter Wieben (“Young Products”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at peter@youngproducts.ai.
2. What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Contact details you give us — such as your name, email address, and the content of any message — when you email us or get in touch.
- Basic technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed — which may be logged automatically by our hosting provider when you visit the site.
- Project data you share with us during an engagement, as agreed in the relevant contract.
3. How we use it
We use your data to:
- respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
- provide, deliver, and improve our products and services;
- operate, secure, and maintain this website;
- comply with our legal obligations.
Our legal bases under the GDPR are your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site aims to run with minimal or no non-essential cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the site to function, or are used only with your consent. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
5. Third parties and Meta / Facebook
We use a small number of trusted service providers — for example website hosting and email — who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Where our products or services integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta / Facebook, any data handled through those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We only access and use platform data as needed to provide the agreed functionality, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
6. Sharing and transfers
We do not share your personal data with third parties except our service providers, where required by law, or with your consent. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required to meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email peter@youngproducts.ai.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
