1. Who we are

This website (youngproducts.ai) and the services offered through it are operated by Young Products, an AI product studio based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, founded by Peter Wieben (“Young Products”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at peter@youngproducts.ai.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, contacting us, or engaging Young Products for any product, design, or development work, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

3. Governing terms — NLdigital Terms

For all services, quotations, and agreements between Young Products and its clients, the NLdigital Terms (formerly the Nederland ICT Voorwaarden) apply. These are the standard general terms and conditions for the Dutch IT sector, filed with the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel). They govern matters such as delivery, intellectual property, liability, warranties, confidentiality, and dispute resolution.

Except where we have agreed otherwise in writing, the NLdigital Terms form part of every agreement with Young Products and take precedence over any terms and conditions supplied by the client. Where these Terms of Service and the NLdigital Terms conflict, the NLdigital Terms prevail for the services we deliver.

4. Use of this website

The content on this website — text, images, project descriptions, and branding — is provided for information only and may change at any time without notice. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership of work created for clients is governed by the NLdigital Terms and by the specific agreement for that engagement. All rights in this website and in the Young Products name and logo remain with us.

6. Liability

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Young Products is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Our liability in connection with services we deliver is limited as set out in the NLdigital Terms.

7. Third-party platforms

Where our products or services connect to third-party platforms (for example Meta / Facebook, or other providers), your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any agreement with Young Products are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, in line with the NLdigital Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
